PURPOSE: An ultrasonic wave device for preventing scale from the piping of general facilities and an explosion area is provided to extend lifespan of a thyristor by serially connecting two thyristors. CONSTITUTION: In an ultrasonic wave device for preventing scale from the piping of general facilities and an explosion area, a controller(42) is comprised of a MICOM for controlling a generator(40) and a transducer. A thyristor is arranged in front end and rear end of the transducer. A snubber circuit is connected in parallel with the thyristor. The snubber circuit protects the thyristor from an excessive voltage which is generated in the inductance of a circuit. A choke coil prevents a circuit from a surge reverse voltage. |
