PURPOSE: A back mold plate for casting, a mold plate assembly for casting, and a mold for casting comprising the same are provided to prevent cracking or bending of slab and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A back mold plate for casting comprises a first side and a second side. The first side is the side which is close with the front side mold plate. The first side comprises a first slot(121) and a second slot(122). The first slot is extended towards the first end while crossing with a casting direction. The second slot is extended the second end which faces in the first end while crossing with the casting direction. The second side faces to the first side.
