PURPOSE: A fruit mounting tray including an air cushion unit for maintaining the freshness of fruits is provided to prevent the generation of damages on the fruits. CONSTITUTION: A fruit mounting tray includes an air cushion unit, and a mounting groove formed on the air cushion unit with the constant interval for fixing fruits on the air cushion unit. The air cushion unit(4) is charged with air to protect the fruits from the inside of a fruit box, and includes plural seat surface units(6).
