FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: observatory consists of an airtight housing mounted on a frame. The following measuring apparatus are located in side the housing and the frame: ocean-bottom seismometre, hydrophysical module, magnetic field sensor, optical measurement unit, spatial orientation sensor, hydrochemical measurement unit, spectrum analyser, seismic-acoustic unit, a unit for monitoring radioactive pollution, methane detector and a unit of wideband transducers. Information is read from said measurement apparatus using a recording and control unit. Besides the apparatus listed above, the observatory is also fitted with information storage apparatus, a hydroacoustic remote control unit, a cable communication line modem, a coordinate-determining circuit, communication apparatus with a dispatch station, a radio buoy, a ballast and a disconnection device thereof. ^ EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, high reliability of operation. ^ 2 dwg |
