<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide marketing support technique for easily planning good marketing strategy. <P>SOLUTION: Respective customizing step indexes are prepared which are obtained by respectively indexing a plurality of processes constituting a customizing step and factor sorts are classified in respective customizing step indexes to construct classification management information.
