<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element having a white rendering characteristic improved by a single-layered light-emitting layer, and increased external quantum efficiency and durability. <P>SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescence element 10 includes at least a light-emitting layer 5 between an anode 2 and a cathode 8. The light-emitting layer 5 contains a host material, a first dopant material having mixed ligands, and a second dopant material. Light emitted from the first dopant material having the mixed ligands includes rays of light from two or more ligands. Two or more emission peak wavelengths of the rays from the first dopant material having the mixed ligands differ from a wavelength at which an emission intensity from the second dopant material reaches its maximum. Combined emission obtained by the emission from the first dopant material having the mixed ligands and the emission from the second dopant material has a while color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
