<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an excessive wear of a cart wheel to be braked and make an appearance excellent. <P>SOLUTION: In the brake structure, the brake is applied to the cart wheel 4 mounted to the lower end of a support 3 having a brake operation part 10 including a handle 2 and a brake lever 11 on the upper end. The brake structure includes members 31, 32 or the like which are provided in the inner part of the support 3 and to which the brake operation at the brake operation part 10 is transmitted, and a brake arm 54 which operates in cooperation with the members 31, 32 or the like to which the brake operation is transmitted.
