<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip hardware and a method of fixing the same that enables the drip construction at the same time of erection, enables permanent fixation to be conducted after temporary fixation and allows fine adjustment of installation position at the time of the permanent fixation. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a drip hardware S disposed in a gap formed on the outside wall surface of a building.
