<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a prepreg which is excellent in moldability, surface smoothness, low-thermal expansion, and dimensional stability; its manufacturing method; and a laminated board. <P>SOLUTION: The prepreg has a resin layer on one surface or both surfaces of a glass base material, and it is preferable that the glass base material is a plate glass, and the plate glass can be formed into a roll shape. It is preferable that a parameter Ra value of the surface roughness of the plate glass is not smaller than 0.1 nm and not larger than 0.5 nm, a thermal expansion coefficient of the plate glass is not smaller than 0.5 ppm and not larger than 6.0 ppm, and a softening point of the plate glass is not lower than 800°C and not higher than 1,700°C. Furthermore, in the manufacturing method of the prepreg, resin is coated or laminated on the plate glass, and then dried.
