<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for producing a polished cured product wherein adhesive strength between the cured product and a metal layer can be increased when the metal layer such as a metal plating layer is formed on the surface of the cured product; and a laminate having the polished cured product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a polished cured product includes a polishing process for obtaining a polished cured product 12C by polishing a roughened surface 12a of a roughened cured product 12B, which is prepared by roughening a surface 12a of a precured product 12A obtained by precuring a resin composition 12 comprising an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a filler.
