<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image classification device and program for classifying images based on the spatial frequency spectra of the images. <P>SOLUTION: The image classification device (1) includes: a spectrum arithmetic operation part (10) for converting an image to be inputted into spectrum data; a parameterization processing part (20) for performing normalization processing on the spectrum data based on prescribed normalization information, performing a regression operation on normalization data obtained by the normalization processing, and then, extracting a regression parameter; and a classification processing part (30) for determining which partial area a normalization parameter belongs to among the multiple partial areas obtained by previous division concerning a space expressed by respective components constituting the regression parameter, and classifying the image to be inputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
