PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer circuit capable of surely transferring high speed signals.

SOLUTION: A current source 312 generates a constant current Ic. Relating to a first transistor M1, one end is connected to the current source 312, and an input signal SINis inputted into its control terminal. An inversion circuit 314 inverses and delays the input signal SINto generate an inverse input signal SIN#. Relating to a second transistor M2, its one end is connected to the current source 312, and the inversion input signal SIN# is inputted into its control terminal. A buffer circuit 310 outputs a signal SOUTthat occurs at one end of the first transistor M1 and the second transistor M2 that are connected in common to the current source 312.
