摘要 The present invention relates to a restoring method using the diagnosis for restoring a waste industrial battery and recycled liquid, wherein the method involves determining whether the functionality of a waste battery can be restored to 95% or greater relative to that of a new product, through a series of processes comprising: a diagnosis step of determining whether or not it is possible to restore a waste lead-acid battery, the functionality of which has significantly deteriorated after a certain period of use; a step of measuring the remaining performance of the waste battery; a step of filling the waste battery with recycled solution; and a step of charging the waste battery. According to the method for restoring a waste industrial battery of the present invention, the diagnosis step of determining whether or not restoring the waste battery is possible comprises measuring a waste battery to check if the voltage thereof is 11.9V or higher, if the rating thereof is 50% or higher, if the virtual load coefficient (SLV) thereof is 9.6 or greater in accordance with a virtual load test, and if the resistance thereof is 6m? or less; the step of measuring the remaining performance of the waste battery comprises primarily charging the waste battery by means of a charger, then determining whether or not the respective specifications are satisfied for the specific gravity, rating value, virtual load coefficient (SLV) derived from the virtual load test, resistance, specific gravity, and amount of electrolyte depletion measured in the diagnosis step for determining whether or not it is possible to restore the waste battery; the step of filling the waste battery with recycled liquid comprises filling each cell of the waste battery with 5.6 ml of an electrolyte, consisting of distilled water and recycled chemicals, per kilogram of the weight of the waste battery; and the step of charging the waste battery comprises using a charger to secondarily charge the waste battery filled with recycled liquid for 4 to 12 hours, and then performing a final inspection.
