A periodontitis simulation method against the background of experimental animal hyperparathyroidism includes forming animal primary hyperparathyroidism with the help of replating three pairs of parathyroid glands from donor rats and after repair of wound at 7-9 days - periodontitis produce by means of activation lipid peroxidation in paradontium tissues with daily applications to overoxidized oil gingivae.
