PURPOSE: A retractor system for a laparoscopic surgery is provided to reduce surgery time by preventing collision between surgical instruments. CONSTITUTION: A slit or trocar(101) is formed in an abdominal wall(100). An abdominal wall fixing unit of the retractor system is fixed to the abdominal wall. The abdominal wall of the retractor system is inserted into the abdominal cavity through the slit or trocar. A net-shaped retractor surrounds the organs or tissue to be retracted through a laparoscopy device. The net-shaped retractor grasps the organs or tissues through a grasper. The retractor system removes the inserted part of the retractor system into the abdominal cavity through the slit or trocar.
