<p>PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a ferrite steel sheet with improved surface quality and corrosion resistance is provided to secure excellent corrosion resistance of ferrite steel even after a polishing process. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a ferrite steel sheet with improved surface quality and corrosion resistance is as follows. Ferrite stainless steel is polished in a full hard state immediately after cold rolling. The ferrite stainless steel comprises C: 0.005~0.10weight% Si: 0~1weight% Mn: 0~2.0weight%, Ni: 0~0.9weight%, Ti: 0~0.99weight% of less, Cu: 0~0.60weight%, Mo: 0~2.2weight%, Al: 0~0.25weight%, Nb: 0~0.1weight%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount. The polished ferrite stainless steel is annealed.</p> |
