METHOD OF PATIENTS' MANAGEMENT IN POSTOPERATIVE REGIMEN AFTER POSTERIOR STABILISATION OF LUMBAR SPINE

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, management of postoperative regimen of patients after posterior stabilisation of lumbar spine. Before operation, on 3 and 7 day after operation enzymatic activity of lactadehydrogenase and creatininphosphokinase isoenzyme MM is analysed. Before operation and on 7 day after operation also analysed are electrophysiological parameters of paravertebral muscles by means of needle electromyography. Therapeutic rehabilitative activities are carried out depending on dynamics of enzymatic activity and electrophysiological indices of paravertebral muscles. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce rehabilitation period. ^ 4 cl
