<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound processing apparatus which amplifies and outputs one or two sound signals, which are selected from among a surround back left sound signal, a left outer sound signal, and a left upper sound signal, from a speaker terminal corresponding to each of the channels without providing amplifiers for all channels. <P>SOLUTION: When a surround back left sound signal is included, the sound processing apparatus turns on a switch S13a and supplies the surround back left sound signal amplified by an amplifier 12a to a SP terminal 14a. When a left outer sound signal is included, the sound processing apparatus turns on a switch S13b and supplies the left outer sound signal amplified by the amplifier 12a to a SP terminal 14b or turns on a switch S13c and supplies the left outer sound signal amplified by the amplifier 12b to the SP terminal 14b.
