<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous drying biomass gasification plant which is miniaturized by dispensing with such an operation in prior processes that a portion of aerobic fermentation product is circulated in order to adjust the moisture content at an inlet of an anaerobic fermentation tank, by solving such a problem in prior processes that the throughput, size and energy consumption thereof are increased due to the circulation, and by enhancing the dehydrating, drying and warming functions of an aerobic fermentation drying tank. <P>SOLUTION: The aerobic fermentation drying tank is arranged in the preceding stage, the anaerobic fermentation tank being in the subsequent stage and the entire product from the aerobic fermentation drying tank is thrown, in principle, in the anaerobic fermentation tank. By adopting this process, such a condition can be realized effortlessly that the moisture content in the anaerobic fermentation tank is kept to ≤70 wt.%. In addition, a row of many stirring-assisting blades are arranged for scooping up the contents of the aerobic fermentation drying tank and dispersing the scooped contents therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
