<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control system capable of easily adding a new function. <P>SOLUTION: The monitoring control system comprises a plurality of data processing parts 2 and data allocation part 3. The plurality of data processing parts 2 group a plurality of predetermined numerical data into categories 7 to generate a plurality of category data, and generate responses including the categories 7 and category data, and requests including the categories 7.
