<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multichannel optical transmission module, capable of supplying satisfactory signals with small deterioration to the entire channels, when high-frequency signals exceeding 10 Gbps are handled. <P>SOLUTION: The multichannel optical transmission module includes a laser array 3B, having a plurality of arrayed semiconductor laser elements, mounted inside a package 1. The multichannel optical transmission module also includes an aerial high-frequency wiring board 17 having a plurality of high-frequency wirings to supply the high-frequency signals. The aerial high-frequency wiring board 17 is disposed to be transversal between the mutually opposite side faces inside the package 1, at an upper position of the laser array 3B. Also, each high-frequency wiring is formed corresponding to a position on the plane of the plurality of semiconductor laser elements, and the high-frequency wiring is connected to each semiconductor laser element by a gold wire 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
