<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization of a direct pressurization type heat pump type concentration system, to improve heat exchange efficiency and to improve maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: The direct pressurization type heat pump type concentration system (1) which concentrates an object to be treated (2) by compressed steam (S2) includes: a concentration mechanism (4) for concentrating the object to be treated (2) by a concentrator (3); and a compression mechanism (6) for compressing steam (S1) generating in concentrating the object to be treated (2) at the concentration mechanism (4) and for refluxing the compressed steam (S2) to the concentration mechanism (4). In the concentration mechanism (4), a storage tank (11) for storing the object to be treated (2) is provided at the lower part of a casing (10), a concentrator (3) where a hollow perpendicular disk (14) is communicated with a hollow horizontal rotation axis (13) is rotatably provided at the midway part of the casing (10), and discharge nozzles (19, 19) for discharging the object to be treated (2) stored in the storage tank (11) toward the surface of the perpendicular disk (14) of the concentrator (3) are provided at the upper part of the casing (10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
