<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a production plan for orders and a replenishment plan of intermediate products so as to perform the production while minimizing orders causing delivery delay and maintaining appropriate in-process inventory. <P>SOLUTION: Fundamental information about period information, order information, manufacturing route information, equipment information and process-throughput information is registered in advance (S1). Allocation points are determined based on the manufacturing route information (S2), and the information about the intermediate products being the determined allocation points is registered (S3), order amount of the order is allocated for the intermediate products or materials based on the information about the intermediate products being the allocation points (S4), and next, replenishment amount of the intermediate products is allocated for the intermediate products or the materials (S5). The production plan for the order and the replenishment plan of the intermediate products are prepared based on the result obtained by allocating the order amount of the order for the intermediate products or the materials, and also, based on the result obtained by allocating the replenishment amount of the intermediate products for the intermediate products or the materials (S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
