<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance contract management device, a maintenance contract management method and program, which are capable of confirming whether duplication of contracts based on relations between products under existing maintenance contracts and products under other maintenance contracts is permitted. <P>SOLUTION: The maintenance contract management device allows centralized reference of information on executed maintenance contracts for each customer or device and comprises: a customer maintenance contract information acquisition means for acquiring information on the executed maintenance contracts for a customer; an input means for inputting information on maintenance products, about which whether a new contract is permitted or not is decided; a storage means for storing a duplication of contracts decision master, in which permission for duplication of contracts based on relations between the maintenance products and other maintenance products is specified; a duplication of contracts decision means for deciding whether the duplication of contracts is permitted by referring to the duplication of contracts decision master for the maintenance products based on the information on the executed maintenance contracts and information on the maintenance products inputted; and an output means for outputting the maintenance products which are permitted or not permitted for a new contract based on the decision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
