<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to efficiently carry out illumination over a wide range including an arbitrary irradiation region in an LED illumination device. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed illumination part 3 is formed by aligning a plurality of LEDs 3b in a first long substrate 3a fixed to a support part 1. A rotary illumination part 5 is formed by aligning a plurality of LEDs 5c in a long second substrate 5b supported in parallel with the fixed illumination part 3.
