<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving possibility of realizing handover while communication is continued. <P>SOLUTION: The communications terminal 30 comprises: a wireless communication unit 31 for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal; and determination means (a transmission and reception timing adjustment unit 132) for determining the transmission period and reception period of the wireless signal by the wireless communication unit 31.
