<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an anti-glare filter, in which a scratch-resistant film is laminated on the surface of a synthetic resin base material, the filter having fewer sink defects in the scratch-resistant film, and anti-glare and scratch-resistant properties. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an anti-glare filter, the method including spreading a scratch-resistant film formation material between a synthetic resin base material and a mold provided with an irregular form on the surface, then polymerization-curing the scratch-resistant film formation material to form a scratch-resistant film, and subsequently peeling the laminate, in which the scratch-resistant film with the provided irregular surface formed on the surface of the synthetic resin base material, from the mold. In the method, a temperature of the mold and a temperature of the synthetic resin base material are specific conditions when a scratch-resistant film formation material is spread between the synthetic resin base material and the mold provided with the irregular form on the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
