<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventive label and a forgery preventive article arranged such that a loss of an optical effect due to a diffraction structure means a fraudulent removal because the label once attached to an article is tried to be removed, a displacement is generated between a first bonding layer and a second bonding layer which are constituting a part of the label by physical force and heat applied at that time and the diffraction structure of a diffraction structure formation layer which is located between these bonding layers is destroyed. <P>SOLUTION: A forgery preventive label comprises at least a base material, an information display layer and an adhesive layer which are laminated. The adhesive layer is multilayer-structured comprising at least, from the base material side, a first bonding layer, a diffraction structure formation layer, a second bonding layer, which are laminated in this relative order. The visible light transmittance of the first bonding layer is 50% or more, and each adhesive force specified by JIS Z0237 of the material of the first and the second bonding layers is 8000 mN/25 mm or more, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
