<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold of which the release property is good even when a release agent is not used, to provide a manufacturing method for the mold, to provide a treating method for the mold by which a resin adhered to the surface is removed, and at the same time, the release property is recovered, and to provide a method by which an article with less defects on the surface can be manufactured with good productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The mold includes a surface layer which contains an aluminum fluoride. The manufacturing method for the mold has a process wherein on the mold 18 having an oxide film 14 which has been formed on the surface of an aluminum base material 10, a dry-etching treatment using a treating gas containing a fluorine-based gas is applied. On the mold 18 for which a resin has been adhered to the surface of the oxide film 14, the dry-etching treatment using the treating gas containing the fluorine-based gas is applied, and the resin is removed by the treating method for the mold. By the manufacturing method of the article, the article having a surface shape corresponding to the surface shape of the mold is obtained by using the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
