发明名称 METHOD FOR ENRICHING GAS COMPONENT BY STANDING WAVE
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a chemical property is difficult to be used for enrichment, a problem wherein a method for enriching constitutive components of a mixed gas different in molecular weights is required to use a technically advanced and expensive material, or is mechanically complicated and weak against trouble, and a problem wherein great energy is required to be consumed and the efficiency is insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: A gas molecule with a low molecular weight flows easily to a low pressure side in a pressure gradient, compared with a gas molecule with a high molecular weight, when pressure fluctuation and the pressure gradient exist, in case of mixture of the gas components different in the molecular weights, and the gas molecule with the higher molecular weight is left in the higher pressure side in the pressure gradient. Diffusion is also easier in a high pressure state than in a low pressure state. The fluctuation and the pressure gradient are generated, using this principle, in the mixed gas comprising the gas components different in the molecular weights, by a standing wave by an acoustic wave, and the gas components different in the molecular weights are enriched component by component, using it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
