<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating oil recovery apparatus for efficiently recovering floating oil on the liquid surface of a mixed liquid even if the liquid surface position of a tank for storing the mixed liquid changes. <P>SOLUTION: The floating oil recovery apparatus includes: a shaft part 110 arranged obliquely to the coolant liquid surface so that the tip side abuts on the coolant liquid surface; a holding part 120 holding the base end side of the shaft part 110 turnably in a position higher than the coolant liquid surface; a driving part 130 rotating the shaft part 110 around its axis; a tube 140 spirally wound from the tip of the shaft 110 toward the base end; and a float part 150 provided on the tip side of the shaft part 110 and floating on the coolant liquid surface. The tube 140 is formed with a suction port 141 at its tip to allow the floating oil to flow in, and a discharge port 142 at the base end to allow the floating oil to flow out.
