PURPOSE: A waterproof linear motor stage is provided to prevent liquid foreign material from flowing from the outside by including a shielding member closing the gap between a support plate and a cover. CONSTITUTION: In a waterproof linear motor stage, a guide rail is mounted in the top side of a support plate part. A moving part(20) is mounted to be slid along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. A cover(30) is arranged in top side of the moving part and surrounds the upper space of a support plate and the movable part. A shielding member maintains the gap between the support plate and the cover sealed. |
