PURPOSE: A marker pen with a laser pointer is provided to eliminate inconvenience when an instruction rod or a laser pointer is used. CONSTITUTION: A laser pointer(4) comprises a MOSFET, a battery(3), and a switch(42). The MOSFET concentratedly applies laser to the other side of an opened side of a lid. The battery is mounted in the laser pointer. The switch protrudes. A ring type coupling rib forms a thread on the other side of the opened side of the lid. A central circular space of the coupling rib configures a battery mounting unit.
