FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: rotation to reciprocation converter comprises a profile roller rotating with respect to a stationary housing on a side surface of which there are quasicircular grooves of the set configuration which accommodate rollers arranged perpendicularly to a profile roller, matched with the grooves and being part of an coaxial pusher reciprocating with respect to the housing when the rollers move along the grooves mutually displaced at 2Ç/n where n is a number of grooves. The rollers represent half-axle disks mounted on bearing supports arranged in radial cylindrical pusher samples turnable to orientate the disks with respect to the grooves.
