<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which a photoreceptor unit and a developing unit can be detachably contacted each other in the apparatus boy and an image forming part positioned apart from a cooling fan can also be efficiently cooled by air. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling fan 70 is provided upstream of an image forming part 10Y positioned at the most upstream in the rotation direction of an intermediate transfer belt 40. A ventilation path 71 leading to the cooling fan 70 is provided on a side of a plurality of image forming parts 10, the side opposite to the side thereof facing the intermediate transfer belt 40. When a developing unit 30 is pressed on a photoreceptor unit 20, an elastic member 35 provided in the developing unit 30 is pressed on a rail member 101 of the apparatus body 1 so that the air flow into the ventilation path 71 from a space 74 is blocked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
