<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily orally ingestible processed product of fermented rice bran by effectively utilizing the rice bran having rich nutrient or the like, especially effective for intraintestinal detox (discharge of waste material in the intestines and detoxification), improvement of basal metabolism and basal body temperature, etc., and to provide a method for producing the processed product. <P>SOLUTION: The processed product of the fermented rice bran is produced by a first step for obtaining a first intermediate product by mixing the rice bran with activated ion water, stirring the mixture and leaving the stirred product for 24-30 h, a second step for obtaining a second intermediate product (fermented rice bran) by mixing the first intermediate product with an enzyme-activating ion water and water, and leaving the mixed product for one week, a third step for forming a third intermediate product by drying the water content of the second intermediate product to ≤15 wt.%, and a fourth step for carbonizing the third intermediate product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
