<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable provision of information relating to services for commodities and the like in consideration of not only personal relationships but also other factors. <P>SOLUTION: Evaluation information on a commodity is generated not merely by calculating an average of past evaluations (see formula (4) shown in Fig. 5B) but by reflecting personal relations of individual users in evaluation of the commodity (see formulae (1) and (2) shown in Fig. 5B) and reflecting associations of the commodity with individual communities and distances between a target user A and each of the communities (see formula (3) shown in Fig. 5B).
