<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing elastic roller with groove capable of freely changing the opening angle of a groove, satisfactorily corresponding to the narrowing of pitch on V-groove formation as well as the reduction in thickness of a blade part and forming V-grooves having a clean worked surface and a constant groove width. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing elastic roller with groove for forming a plurality of V-grooves in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface of an elastic roller has a cutting step for forming a first cut and a second cut which constitute a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface of the V-groove by using a thin blade cutter while relatively moving the elastic roller or the thin blade cutter in the circumferential direction of the elastic roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
