<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing stability in placing a chopping board on a placing surface by surely abutting one abutting body and the other abutting body to the front and the back of the chopping board, and firmly fitting the abutting bodies to the chopping board regardless of thickness of the chopping board. <P>SOLUTION: This attachment for a chopping board includes: a support part 10 supporting the end part 4 of a chopping board 1 on the placing surface: and a fitting part 20 for fitting the support part 10 to the end part 4 of the chopping board 1. The fitting part 20 includes: one abutting body 21 having an abutting surface abutting on one of the front and the back2, 3 of the chopping board 1; the other abutting body 22 having an abutting surface abutting on the other of the front and the back 2, 3; and a clamping means 30 for connecting the one abutting body 21 and the other abutting body 22 to come close to and separate from each other in the direction orthogonal to the front and back surfaces 2, 3 of the chopping board 1, and clamping the end part 4 of the chopping board 1 by the one abutting body 21 and the other abutting body 22 when the bodies come close to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
