<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for obtaining an agglomerated ore including carbonaceous material, which has suitable size and sufficient strength as a raw material for iron-making, has a structure which can be easily reacted, and enables low-temperature reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In the agglomerated ore including the carbonaceous material, containing iron-oxide and the carbonaceous material used in the included state, the agglomerated ore including the carbonaceous material for iron-making, has the carbonaceous nucleus as small bulky coke in the center part and iron-oxide shell composed of low oxidizing degree iron-oxide around this carbonaceous nucleus.
