<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing an asphalt mixture allowing potential heat of high temperature gas discharged from a deodorizing furnace based on the operation status of the device to be made usable effectively and adequately, and an operating method for the device. <P>SOLUTION: A device for producing an asphalt mixture includes a deodorizing furnace 14 in which an odor component in exhaust gas discharged downstream from a waste material dryer 1 through its discharging flue 8 is brought into contact with a high temperature atmosphere and combusted and decomposed. The deodorizing furnace 14 has a discharging flue 16 which is branched at a mid point into a branch flue 17 connected to a stack 20 and a branch flue 19 connected to a sand dryer 18. Moreover, the branch flues 17 and 19 have respective dampers 21 and 22 for opening and closing the flues 17 and 19 respectively, and the device for producing an asphalt mixture includes a damper opening and closing control unit 23 which controls the operations of the dampers 21 and 22 in an interlocking manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
