<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device for vehicle that prevents the feet of occupants from feeling cold during warming. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning device 10 for vehicle includes: an air conditioning unit 13 for cooling or warming intake air to discharge it; an outside air duct 14 connected to the air conditioning unit 13 for introducing the air outside the vehicle into the air conditioning unit 13; an intake side internal air duct 15 connected to the air conditioning unit 13 for introducing the air in a cabin 12 into the air conditioning unit 13; and outlet side internal air ducts 16A, 16B connected to the air conditioning unit 13 for introducing the air cooled or warmed by the air conditioning unit 13 into the cabin 12.
