<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive recorder which can record a video in which the lighting color of a LED signal can be definitely distinguished and voice synchronized to the video and output them as a general purpose video/audio signal. <P>SOLUTION: A frame rate of a camera 11 is set to a first frequency, which is not affected by power supply frequency of an LED signal, when shooting. The obtained image data and voice data are recorded with a frame rate of the first frequency by being temporally synchronized and multiplexed after being coded. When the obtained image data and voice data are decoded and played, they are converted into image data compliant with a general purpose video signal by adding or deleting image data by a frame unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
