<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing an adhesive tape roll, in which the cut lines for cutting an adhesive tape can be constantly formed at certain positions. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing the adhesive tape roll includes: a take-up roller 32 for taking up the adhesive tape 2 run out from a mother roll 31; and a cut line-forming roller 33, provided between the mother roll 31 and the take-up roller 32, for forming the cut lines 4 on the adhesive tape 2 at a prescribed interval.
