<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever assembly at low price that allows a rotation-stopping engagement pin to be easily and surely attached into a lever. <P>SOLUTION: In a lever assembly 1, an engagement pin 3 is inserted into a penetrating horizontal hole 21 of a lever 2 and each end of the engagement pin 3 is projected towards each side of the lever 2. A fitting hole 22 provided in the lever 2 communicates with the penetrating horizontal hole 21, and a fixture 4 inserted into the fitting hole 22 is united with the engagement pin 3. The engagement pin 3 comprises large-diameter parts 31 to be engaged with the internal wall surfaces of the penetrating horizontal hole 21 and small-diameter part 30, whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the large-diameter part 31, to be arranged in the fitting hole 22. The fixture 4 comprises a trunk 40 to be engaged with the internal wall surface of the fitting hole 22 and a pair of elastic leg pieces 42 extending from the trunk 40 and facing each other. These elastic leg pieces 42 are snap-fitted to the small-diameter part 30 by their own elasticity, allowing the small-diameter part 30 to be fittingly attached between the elastic leg pieces 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
