RECONDITIONED FLUID FOR RECYCLING AND IMPROVING THE FUNCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL LEAD-ACID WASTE BATTERY

The present invention relates to a reconditioned fluid for recycling and improving the function of an industrial lead-acid waste battery, and more particularly, to a reconditioned fluid for recycling and improving the function of an industrial lead-acid waste battery, which is capable of restoring a waste battery by recovering the function thereof to 95% or more of that of a new product, by means of: measuring the remaining performance of an industrial lead-acid battery that has been used for a certain duration and has lost significant functionality or performance and is thus being disposed of, and determining whether the battery can be recycled; and primarily charging the battery, then filling each cell with a certain amount of reconditioned fluid, and performing charging/discharging of the battery to remove and suppress sulfuric acid and corrosive agents. The reconditioned fluid for recycling an industrial battery according to the present invention is constituted by adding 3 to 4 wt % of a reconditioning reagent, selected from cadmium sulfate hydrate, copper sulfate hydrate, cadmium nitrate hydrate, cobalt sulfate hydrate, and the like, to 96 to 97 wt % of distilled water.
