摘要 <p>The method for mechanically welding butt joints on flat sheets or on pipes (1) with sheet thickness or wall thickness of 12 mm under the use of a process combination of laser-metal shielding gas hybrid technique and metal shielding gas technique, comprises forming a common active zone under the use of two light arc burners and a laser welding head (2) during welding the first weld in straight line welds or the first weld half in orbital welds beginning in 12 o' clock with a first light arc burner (3) in hybrid arrangement and then producing the first layer. The method for mechanically welding butt joints on flat sheets or on pipes (1) with sheet thickness or wall thickness of 12 mm under the use of a process combination of laser-metal shielding gas hybrid technique and metal shielding gas technique, comprises forming a common active zone under the use of two light arc burners and a laser welding head (2) during welding the first weld in straight line welds or the first weld half in orbital welds beginning in 12 o' clock with a first light arc burner (3) in hybrid arrangement and then producing the first layer during a second light arc burner (4) welds a second layer in combined arrangement, completing the first welding connection or the first welding connection half with sheet thickness or wall thickness of 12 mm, carrying out a new positioning of the welding heads, so that the first light arc burner changes from the hybrid into the combined arrangement and the second light arc burner changes from the combined arrangement into the hybrid arrangement, welding the next weld in the straight line welds after inserting new workpieces in a device during a back movement of a welding system, forming a common active zone with the second light arc burner under the use of the laser welding head and then producing the first layer during the first light arc burner welds the second layer in combined arrangement, completing the second welding connection or forming a common active zone in orbital welds of the laser welding head during the second semi-circulation beginning in 12 o' clock position with the second light arc burner and then producing the first layer during the first light arc burner welding the second layer in combined arrangement, and completing the welding connection of a second pipe half to complete a complete circumferential weld. The butt length is replaced more than once by an active welding system. The method for mechanically welding butt joints in layer-/counter layer technique on flat sheets with sheet thicknesses of above 12 mm in flat position using the process combination of the laser-metal shielding gas hybrid technique and metal shielding gas technique, further comprises forming a common active zone under the use of two light arc burners and a laser welding head in a first passage of the laser welding head with the first light arc burner in hybrid arrangement and then producing the first layer during a second light arc burner welds a second layer in combined arrangement, completing the first side of the welding connection, carrying out a new positioning of the welding heads, so that the first light arc burner changes from the hybrid into the combined arrangement and the second light arc burner changes from the combined into the hybrid arrangement, where the opposite side is welded after the rotation of a component or after the back movement of the welding system, forming a common active zone with the second light arc burner under the use of the laser welding head and then producing the first layer during the first light arc burner welds the second layer in combined arrangement, and completing the welding connection. The metal shielding gas technique is replaced by plasma technique or a combination of the both light arc techniques, and is operated with wire electrode and/or strip electrodes. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for mechanically welding pipes; and (2) a device for mechanically welding butt joints on flat sheets or on pipes with sheet thickness or wall thickness of 12 mm under the use of a process combination of laser-metal shielding gas hybrid technique and metal shielding gas technique.</p>
