<p>The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for cooperation between network management and base stations in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, and the method includes: the network management configures the base stations to be managing base stations and managed base stations, and sends start information down to the managing base stations; the managed base stations report information to the network management via the managing base stations, and obtain the start information from the managing base stations. During download of software versions and configuration of data, the present invention extremely reduces the amount of information transmitted by the network management, reduces the concussion to network node devices, speeds up the startup process of the whole system, and saves the time form initialization to normal work of the system. By means of applying the technical scheme of the present invention, during the normal operation of the LTE system, the real-time processing to link keep-alive message, performance measurement data, alarm information and other different types of messages by the network management cannot be affected.</p> |
