PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve the transmissivity of a transparent display device by including a permeable window for a self-aligning function. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels is formed on a substrate(1). An insulating layer is formed in order to cover a pixel circuit unit(PC). A plurality of pixel electrodes(221) is arranged in the light emitting areas(312a, 312b) and transmission area(32) of each pixel. The plurality of the pixel electrodes is electrically connected to the pixel circuit unit. An organic film(223) is formed on the pixel electrode. An opposing electrode(222) is formed on the organic film.
