<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of achieving optimal light emitting control of a plurality of LEDs with reduced mounting cost, and capable of heat radiation from the light emitting elements even when high-luminance light emission is performed. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes: a mounting substrate 2; a plurality of light emitting elements 3 each mounted on the mounting substrate 2 in a bare chip state; a sealing frame 4 disposed on the mounting substrate 2 in such a manner as to enclose the periphery of the plurality of light emitting elements 3; a sealing material 5 filled inside the sealing frame 4, for sealing the light emitting elements while contacting to the light emitting elements; and a heat conduction member 50 disposed inside the sealing material 5, for conducting heat from at least a portion of the light emitting elements 3 and the sealing material 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
